Lost Creek Ranch offers the best in Riding and Horsemanship lessons
As a 501(c)3 non profit horse rescue our mission is “Let no heart or soul, human or equine fall through the cracks” and all of our lessons embody that mission. It is our commitment to build self confidence, independence and a passion for horsemanship- not just riding but caring for, protecting and building relationships with horses that will last a lifetime in every student.
We are committed to the overall development of your child - from improving social skills, overcoming fear, developing a work ethic and follow through. All while becoming a skilled horse person. Beginning lessons are geared towards new rider or riders with limited experience. Starting with safety and learning to lead, groom, saddle and care for their partner. Riding lessons will focus on balance, equitation, strength and safety and most important having fun! Western and English lessons for beginners through national level show riders offered year round in our indoor and outdoor arenas. We offer well schooled lesson horses, show horses for lease and groundwork sessions. Our focus is on correct basics and building confidence in riders and horses while having fun and making friends for all ages- we currently have riders ages 5 to 80!
All riders have the opportunity to work and learn through our Riding and Horsemanship Levels program where they are able to demonstrate their progress and earn badges/awards as they go helping riders and parents see progress and work towards goals.
